What Is Your Refund Policy?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer refunds. We do however offer exchanges!

Can I Do An Exchange?

We have a 14 day exchange policy. Items must be unworn/unwashed to be eligible for an exchange. You may exchange your items by shipping them back to Shop Berry Posh. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. We do not offer refunds but will issue store credit.

Upon approval of your exchange, you will receive online store credit. You will be notified by email how to access your online store credit.
